Wendy Flowers joined Prime Capital Investment Advisors as a client service specialist in 2023. In her role at PCIA Mid-South, Wendy manages her team’s account-related inquiries, helping to ensure clients receive a smooth, efficient, and exceptional experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Wendy served as a customer relationship manager for Regions Bank for nearly two decades. She honed her skills in issue resolution on behalf of Regions Bank customers during that time, while also leading and coaching her team of junior call center employees in resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
It is with the mindset of “earning our clients’ business every day” that Wendy and the team at PCIA Mid-South demonstrates the depth of our commitment to our clients’ legacies through the generations.
Wendy is passionate about building relationships and providing a top-notch client experience for the families she serves.
